Our quality

Our quality control policy

Quality control has been a constant policy at MV2 since the very beginning. Quality is the foundation to make the use of any data meaningful.

Therefore, within MV2 there have always been processes to check the reliability and quality of surveys, which are refined and strengthened over time for several reasons:

  • Ever increasing sharpness with which data can be used, which goes hand in hand with increased client expectations,
  • Nature, size and topics of research requiring ever more reliable and precise information gathering,
  • Opportunity to check information gathering using computers thanks to CATI systems.

MV2 began To reinforce this policy in 1994 by achieving ISO 9000 Certification for all of our production activities. This goal has developed into a quality management process taking the ISO 9000 standard into account each of steps of our process.

We have therefore been able to:

  • Create an inventory of the different processes from  the production of a survey, the identification, and to interaction and management of these processes,
    adapt to client specific expectations and requirements,
    progress the reduction of non-quality,
    measure the performance and effectiveness of processes using targeted quality indicators which are analyzed and described,
    permanently improve this performance using a logic described in "Derning's wheel" - "PDCA - Plan-Do-Check-Act",
    design specific procedures which meet EGD requirements which makes us able to guarantee specific and standardized quality levels.

These procedures cover:

  • Training of researchers to quality standards,
    recruitment and training of researchers and supervisors,
    production of blank surveys and various tests,
    receipt of files,
    production tracking dashboards,
    checking by supervisors,
    computer based checking of production quality,
    management of relations with interviewees, and claims,
    reviews of client contracts,
    management of all anomalies and the creation of corrective actions,
    setting up of internal audits.

This process resulted in ISO 9002 certification of production in 1995, which made us the first company in our sector to obtain this certificate. This certificate has since been renewed regularly by the AFAQ.
